We like to call the signature massage a deep energetic exchange or a love shower. It's a beautiful experience that combines massage techniques of Thai, Lomi Lomi, body to body gliding, and this body work will hit all the traditional spots you might expect in a massage and into even deeper parts of the body. Our style of touch is strong, gentle, sensual, and playful! Our intention is to help you stay present in the experience and take you on a journey to ultimately help you come out of the session feeling so much more relaxed and energized than when you walked in the door!

1-Hour Private Yoga/Massage Session

This is a personalized yoga practiced dedicated to the student! Your teacher will do the flow with you and guide you through the entire practice with hands on adjustments. You can wear whatever you’re most comfortable in! ALL levels welcome- no experience needed! You'll be sure to get a great workout and stretch in that ends with a 10-minute massage on your mat and a cold lavender towel to close your practice. This is great for beginners and very experienced yogis! You are in great hands with all of our teachers.
